Guide the Future of Worthington – Survey Ends in 1 Week
| PCPW Co-chairs | Land Use
Our city is updating its Comprehensive Plan document that will guide development* in Worthington for decades to come. As part of that process, the city has provided a short online survey. We need YOUR voice to be heard in that survey so that Worthington’s new Comprehensive Plan truly reflects the views of residents.
Take the survey here:

If you would like to see how others have responded so far, go to:

In the “Mapping Opportunities” section, if you agree with the Project Community Park Worthington (PCPW) vision, please indicate this by placing a GREEN dot (“Placemaking and Quality of Life”) at the UMCH site on the map.
As of this writing, fewer than 500 hundred people have taken the city’s survey. There are around 15,000 residents of Worthington (over 10,000 adults). We need you, other members of your household, and your neighbors to weigh in on the future of our city before the survey closes on July 31.
*PCPW advocates a mixed-use development at UMCH:
- 9-10 acres of commercial build-out along High Street
- 3-5 acres of residential (preferably focused on senior living)
- 18+ acres for contiguous public space (plus the undevelopable Tucker Creek area, about 7 acres).
Possible amenities could include a multi-use event facility, outdoor amphitheater, walking trails, athletic field, pollinator and community gardens, and a natural preserve along Tucker Creek suitable for educational purposes.
To learn more about the PCPW vision, please visit our website. A broad overview is summarized on our petition page, here:

Again, the city’s survey closes on July 31. Please make your voice heard by participating in this process that is so important to the future of our community.
